What this means

When you click a link to a product and take an action the vendor pays for, such as starting a paid plan, we may receive a commission. We use that to fund our research and keep the site free to read.

How it affects our reviews

It does not. We score and rank tools on the merits, and we set those scores before affiliate links are added. We recommend tools that pay us nothing when they are the right pick, and we point out the weaknesses of tools that do pay us. If a review ever reads like an advertisement, we have failed, and you should tell us.

Which links are affiliate links

Affiliate links generally point to website builders and commerce platforms such as Webflow, Framer, Squarespace, Wix, and Shopify. Many of the developer tools we cover have no affiliate program at all, and we cover them anyway.
